Leslie Cuva Mongelluzzi, MA CPC, has dedicated almost thirty years to the development of others’ personal growth. Beginning her career as a clinical psychotherapist, Leslie noticed her focus with clients was primarily on the past resolving issues that affected the present. This approach combined with her passion, supports her clients in reaching their personal and professional goals. She then became a Certified Professional Coach through the College of Executive Coaching. The College of Executive Coaching is one of the earliest Accredited Coach Training Programs accredited by the International Coach Federation.

Utilizing a Positive Psychology approach, Leslie works with families, individual clients and groups to find their greatest potential. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, she is able to integrate her psychotherapy foundation into her coaching practice. Focusing on developing communication skills, interpersonal effectiveness, leadership, life balance, personal strategic planning and self-awareness, Leslie enables her clients to achieve the clarity necessary to discover their joy and purpose.
